CSC Chairperson Celebrates Workers on May Day, Lauds Their Contributions to State Development

The Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Hajiya Ladidi Ibrahim Garko, has extended warm felicitations to all civil servants and workers across Kano State on the occasion of May Day.
In her message, the Chairperson commended workers for their unwavering dedication, commitment, and invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the state. She described civil servants as the backbone of effective governance and a driving force behind public service delivery.

In a statement signed by the Director Public Enlightenment of the Commission Jamilu Mustafa Yakasai stressed that, Hajiya Garko reaffirmed the Commission’s commitment to promoting professionalism, improving merit-based career progression, and ensuring fairness within the civil service. She encouraged workers to continue upholding the principles of diligence, integrity, and accountability in the discharge of their duties.
The Chairperson also called on all stakeholders to support policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and creating a conducive working environment for all. She concluded by wishing all workers a peaceful and rewarding May Day celebration.
