Katsina APC Stakeholders Pass Vote of Confidence on Governor Radda, Endorse Second Term Bid

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State have unanimously passed a vote of confidence on Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, endorsing him for a second term in office following what they described as his remarkable performance in governance and development.
The stakeholders commended the Radda administration for recording significant achievements in critical sectors, including education, water supply, road infrastructure, agriculture, economic development, and human capital development.

Chairman of the APC Stakeholders Forum, Alhaji Salisu Mamman Kadandani, announced the endorsement during a visit to the Government House in Katsina, where he presented the report of an inspection tour conducted by members of the forum across the state’s 34 local government areas.
According to Kadandani, the stakeholders embarked on the statewide tour to assess ongoing and completed projects executed by the Radda administration and to interact directly with residents on the impact of government policies and programmes.
He said the findings revealed widespread satisfaction among the people, particularly in rural communities where numerous developmental projects have been implemented.
“We, the members of the APC Stakeholders Forum, are satisfied with your leadership qualities and your unwavering commitment to transforming Katsina State into one of the best-performing states in Nigeria,” Kadandani stated.
He added that, based on the forum’s assessment and interactions with citizens across the state, Governor Radda deserves another mandate to consolidate the achievements recorded so far and sustain the pace of development.
Kadandani further assured the governor that APC stakeholders would work closely with party officials in all 34 local government areas to mobilise grassroots support and ensure the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Radda, and all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
Responding, Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda expressed appreciation to the stakeholders for their confidence, support, and encouragement.
The governor reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to delivering more democratic dividends, stressing that the APC-led government has remained faithful to its campaign promises.
“Our administration has fulfilled the promises we made to the people. We will seek re-election based on our achievements and performance, not on empty promises,” Governor Radda said.
He called on the people of Katsina State to continue supporting the APC by voting for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all party candidates in the 2027 elections, assuring them that the party would continue to deliver purposeful leadership and sustainable development.
