Rogo–Bari–Falgore–Mahangi Road to Boost Agriculture

The completion of the Rogo–Bari–Falgore–Mahangi Road is expected to significantly enhance agricultural activities, improve rural connectivity, and stimulate economic growth in communities along the corridor.
This was disclosed by a prominent stakeholder of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rogo Local Government Area, Alhaji Bala Barde Rogo, during an interview with the Information Officer of Rogo Local Government, Abdu Bako Abdullahi.

Alhaji Bala Barde described the completion of the road project as a major milestone that will improve transportation, facilitate the movement of agricultural produce, and provide farmers with easier access to markets.
He commended the Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, for his commitment to expanding infrastructure in rural communities, noting that the road project reflects the administration’s determination to promote inclusive development and improve the livelihoods of residents.
According to him, the improved road network will reduce transportation challenges, strengthen commercial activities, and contribute to the socio-economic development of communities along the Rogo–Bari–Falgore–Mahangi axis.
Alhaji Bala Barde also praised the state government for completing the five-kilometre section of the road, which had remained unfinished for several years under previous administrations before being completed by the present administration.
He further applauded Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for sustaining rural development initiatives across Kano State and acknowledged the contributions of the Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Isma’il Falgore, and the Acting Chairman of Rogo Local Government for supporting the implementation of development projects in the area.
In a statement issued by Abdu Bako Abdullahi information officer of the Council stated that, The APC stakeholder also commended party leaders and stakeholders in Rogo Local Government Area for their continued support towards the successful implementation of government policies and programmes aimed at improving the economic and social well-being of the people.
