Kano State Government Reaffirms Commitment to Supporting Community Development Organizations Across 44 LGAs

The Kano State Government has reaffirmed its commitment to providing sustained support to members of the Central Working Committee on Community Development Organizations across the 44 Local Government Areas of the state.
In a statement issued by the Public Relations officer of the Ministry Farouk Ghali Masanawa disclosed that, The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Rural and Community Development, Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammad Kabara, made this known while receiving members of the State Central Working Committee during a courtesy visit to his office.

Alhaji Kabara disclosed that the state government has earmarked substantial funds for the provision of working materials to Self-Help Groups operating across the 44 Local Government Areas, as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots development and improve community participation in socio-economic activities.
He expressed appreciation to the committee for the visit and assured them of his readiness to collaborate closely with stakeholders to advance the objectives of the Ministry and accelerate rural and community development across Kano State.
The Permanent Secretary also urged members of the committee to continue praying for the success of the present administration under the leadership of Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, while expressing hope for the administration’s continued progress.
Earlier, the Chairman of the State Central Working Committee, Alhaji Ibrahim Aminu Kofar Na’isa, said the delegation was at the Ministry to congratulate Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammad Kabara on his appointment and posting as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Rural and Community Development.
He pledged the committee’s continued support and cooperation with the administration of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, emphasizing their commitment to working together to promote sustainable community and rural development throughout Kano State.
