The coordinator of the Quranic competition at Kura Local Government, Mallam Jafar Ladan, announced this while speaking with the Local Government Chairman, Alhaji Rabiu Abubakar Babina, during a visit to his office.
He further stated that the students who participated from the local government demonstrated exceptional skill, proving to the world that they currently hold the top position in the Quranic competition.
He also urged the local leadership and other relevant authorities to provide the competition committee with a vehicle to facilitate transportation for the participants.
In his remarks, the Chairman of the Quranic competition committee and advisor to the Local Government Chairman on Religious Affairs, Mallam Abdulmudallib Saidu, mentioned that they visited the chairman to convey the success of the students and requested his blessings for their continued efforts.
In response, the Chairman of Kura Local Government, Alhaji Rabiu Abubakar Babina, expressed pride in the success of the students, describing it as a source of great honor, particularly for the Local Government.
He encouraged the students to continue their efforts in order to achieve further success at the next level.
