The gathering comes at a time when the northern region continues to confront critical challenges, including insecurity, economic development, education, agriculture, and youth unemployment.
Although there has been speculation that political issues, including preparations for the 2027 general elections, may feature in the discussions, no official confirmation has been provided by the organizers or participants.
The outcome of the meeting is expected to provide greater clarity on the issues deliberated and any resolutions or decisions reached by the participants.
