AG MAUDE COMMENDS GOVERNOR ABBA KABIR YUSUF ON THREE YEARS OF TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP IN KANO

The Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Kano State, Hon. Abdulkarim Kabiru Maude, SAN, ACArb, has congratulated His Excellency, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, Governor of Kano State, on the successful completion of three impactful years in office, describing the period as one marked by visionary leadership, people-centered governance, and remarkable achievements across key sectors of the State.
In a statement issued to commemorate the Governor’s third anniversary in office, Attorney-General Maude praised the administration’s commitment to the implementation of the Kano First Agenda, which he said has continued to drive meaningful development, improve the welfare of citizens, and restore hope across Kano State.
He noted that under Governor Yusuf’s leadership, the State has witnessed significant progress in infrastructure development, education, healthcare delivery, urban renewal, transportation, youth and women empowerment, social welfare, and human capital development. According to him, these achievements have had a positive and lasting impact on the lives of people across the State.
The Attorney-General particularly commended the Governor’s unwavering support for the justice sector, highlighting sustained efforts to strengthen the rule of law, improve institutional capacity, enhance access to justice, and promote efficient justice delivery in Kano State.
“Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has demonstrated exceptional commitment to good governance, accountability, and prudent leadership. His administration’s achievements over the past three years have earned him the confidence, admiration, and support of the people of Kano State,” Maude stated.
As the State marks this important milestone, the Attorney-General prayed for Allah’s continued guidance, protection, wisdom, strength, and good health for the Governor, enabling him to sustain the momentum of development and service to humanity.
He further expressed optimism that the people of Kano State would continue to support the Governor in consolidating on the achievements recorded so far and advancing the ongoing transformation agenda for the benefit of present and future generations.
