It’s widely circulated, spread, and most popular and talk about rumours that the said Senator is eyeing the exalted seat of the State Governor comes 2027 and by the virtue of his influencing position coupled with his extraordinary performance in the Senate, not mention his exclusive humanitarian gesture which no mortal can rub shoulders with him in regard to such benevolence. As such the circulated rumours has turn out to be a nightmare to those who nursing the same political ambitions. Afraid of having such powerful person in the boat, as such becomes a target that needs to be eliminated. As his enemies are from the both side of the coin; the opposition and in house power play.
It’s ironic, devastated and sheer madness that any misfortune that befalls any politician in their quest of power is always ascribed and dedicated to the handwork of Senator Maliya. Are they doing justice to this pious and gentle politician ? Absolutely none. When T.Gwargo was stripped up from his position as Minister, his aides and followers wholeheartedly blames Maliya for their misfortune. Today, other two powerful politicians whom were announced as Chairman and Director of Finance at Hadeji/Jama’are by the presidency, Rabiu Suleman Bitchi and Musa Iliyasu respectably, there followers and political associates are also blaming the same Senator.
The Government reluctance to offer them official Letter of appointments after several weeks of granting them the privileges, triggered debate and interpretation in which ironically and shamelessly blaming Maliya for their misfortune. There was this widely circulated rumours that the said Influential politician is slowly taking over the party from the influence of its current National Chairman of the party, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje.
The facts the presidency is yet to give an application letter doesn’t meant Maliya is behind the unfortunate scenario. Why would everyone think or interpreted the misfortune to the Deputy Senate President ? Many are claiming that the two individuals are from his Senatorial Zone as such the said Senator highjacked the process inorder to appoint his cronies.
The same with T.Gwarzo and Abdullahi Attah palaver. It was widely circulated that the said Senator initiated the process and political masterstroke that gave him power to decided the replacement. It politically rumoured and widely believed narration that the said Attah was the handiwork of Maliya that resulted for the candidate proposed by National Chairman was rejected by the all powerful Presidency. Now the two powerful politicians from the state whom were not able to be issued an appointment letter. As such ascribed it with Bara’u ambition to highjacked the party and it’s structure in the state. Willing and ready to stripped Ganduje from his assumed position of the State Leader of the party. Haba! Haba!
Politics and sentiment aside, why would Bara’u Jibrin be the brain behind the two popular politicians misfortune? Both are from the same party and are friends and political associates. And moreover from the same Senatorial Zone. And if rumours that is been circulated in the political circle in regard to his Gubernatorial ambition turned out to be a realistic ambition, then wouldn’t the two popular politicians worked and associates with him to turn his dream in to a reality ? What would benefits Maliya if they turned out to replaced at this crucial period after the nationwide broadcast ? None what so ever. It may even be a minus crippling to his ambition cos he would need everyone in the party to work tediously in order to grab the power from the sitting governor. And does it meant that he is all out to fight the national chairman of party and other powerful politicians in the state and still expected him to win an election in the hands of the current governor ? It doesn’t work that way as such you shall give him a break.
The idea of contesting of the governorship of the State has indeed jolted, rattled and terrified the opposition in the state. Is becoming a nightmare for them as such would do everything possible to crippled and destroyed the said ambition through blackmail and fabricated and baseless lies.
And it’s also a bigger threats to those nursing the ambition from the same party. As the opposition are rattled and disturbed, then same with in-house ambitious politicians.
Maliya raising profile coupled with in depth political moves of the Senator is what is given them a sleepless night. Was it a crime to be ambitious and seek a positions in the political arena simply because he is the all powerful politician Senator from the State? It’s not fair at all. Everyone can crave and seek for elective positions in the party as it was a right granted to everyone according to our constitution. Then why Maliya ambition if any can cause this hullabaloo and grambling in the political arena ? The Senator has a right to seek for any positions as such those nursing the same ambition should just gear up and prepare for battle with him. Is a democracy and all are equal in the eyes of constitutional provisions.
The Senator extraordinary performance in the discharge of his duty made him a shining star in the nation political horizon. Called him an undisputed Senator that has distinguished himself among his colleagues and was accepted with the nationwide commendations of his unique and extraordinary performance in the apex chamber.
No Senator dead or alive has done what the said Maliya is doing now in his Senatorial Zone, state and the Nation at large. Not mention his absolute conviction and resilience which led to the formation of Northwest Development Commission. An idea designed, initiated, tender, lobby and executed on his solo efforts that was greeted with wide applause.
As such he is been perceived and castigated by all who are afraid of his shadows. Having achieved the position and status of no1 Senator in the area of provision of democratic dividend of , his amazing and rapidly raising profile made him a target by oppositions and in-house detractors.
But the truth is widely open. No matter the efforts the opposition and in-house enemies are designing and calculating, the truth of the matter is simply open for any reasonable personality to see and interpreted. The said Senator is indeed unstoppable as such the more you keep castigating or fabricating lies against him, the more his recognition and acceptance keep spreading like a wildfire in the State Political horizon.
Let’s the opposition and in-house detractors bear in mind that the Senator would continue with his glaring performance coupled with in depth and calculative political moves. They should gear up and concentrate on how to win the political battle with the said ambitious Senator Jibrin when the time manifested. Lies, blackmail, fabricated and baseless accusations, name-calling and all other political vices been cooked or about to be cooked would not deter or crippled his political ambition. He is like.a high speed moving train and any mortal that dare to stop him would surely be crushed and dismantle by the all powerful Senator .
