KANO STATE HOSPITALS MANAGEMENT BOARD WARNS PUBLIC AGAINST FAKE APPOINTMENT LETTERS

The Kano State Hospitals Management Board (HMB) has become aware of a fraudulent appointment letter circulating in certain circles, falsely claiming to originate from the Board.
In an official statement released today, the Board categorically denied conducting any screening exercises or issuing appointment letters to individuals. The HMB emphasized that no formal announcement has been made regarding recruitment or the distribution of appointment letters.

“The purported letter in circulation was neither signed by the Executive Secretary nor the Director of Administration and General Services and should be disregarded entirely,” the statement read.
The Board has issued a stern warning to the public to exercise caution and report any suspicious recruitment activities. Individuals involved in the creation or distribution of fake appointment letters will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
