The Committee set up by the Kano State Government on the Revival of Kano Line has embarked on the fact finding tour of Motor Parks in Kano Metropolis.
The Acting Managing Director of the Company who is also the Chairman of the Committee, Alh Sa’idu Abdullahi Shu’aibu disclosed this shortly after he led other members of the committee on a visit to Kofar Ruwa, Kurna and Rijiyar Zaki Motor Parks.
Alh Abdullahi Shu’aibu who expressed concern on the lack of basic facilities for the Kano Line staff to operate in the motor parks visited assured that the Committee would liaise with other business partners for proper solution.
The Acting Managing Director expressed dismay on lack of toilets and office accommodation for Kano Line staff as well as filthy environment under which they operate.
He therefore assured that the Committee would continue to work day and night for the revival of the transportation company as desired by Governor Alh Abba Kabir Yusuf.
He therefore appealed to Kano Line staff to continue to cooperate with the committee to enable it to discharge its duties successfully.
Alh Sa’idu Abdullahi Shu’aibu and other members of the Committee as well as Directors have also visited the residence of late Managing Director of Remasab, Alh Amadu Haruna Zago to condolence with the families on the death of the renowned Politician.
