People in Rano Local government area have been urged to give their maximum support and cooperation to the newly posted district head of the area from Kano Emirate Council.
The Care Taker Chairman of the area Professor Dahiru Sani Shu’aibu Rurum made the plea while receiving the Distract head who assume office at the local government Secretariat.
Professor Dahiru Sani who assured the new District Head of the Local Government council’s readiness to ensure full support and cooperation to the district head for the speedy development of the area.
He appealed to district head to compliment the council’s effort towards promoting the good image of the government by bringing viable projects that will move the area forward.
Professor Alhaji Dahiru Sani, who appreciated with the Kano Emirate Council and the State governor Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration pledged to cooperate with Kano Emirate Council in order to promote the good image of the Emirate.
Earlier speaking, the New Distract head as well the representative of the Emir of Kano Emirate at the local government, Shatiman Kano Alhaji Faruk Ibrahim thanked Emir Muhammadu Sunusi the second and Governor Abba kabir yusif for the opportunity accorded him to serve the people and pledged to give necessary contribution towards achieving the set objectives.

He solicited the council’s support and the people of the area to take the local government to greater height.
Introducing the Emir’s representative at the local government area to the interim Management Officer, the area director personal management Alhaji Tijjani Sa’adu Bunkure,
described the district head as dedicated person who achieved a lot in the field of traditional affairs,
have assured him every support and cooperation.
