Katsina State Governor and the Chairman Northwest Governors’ Forum, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has paid a condolence visit to Kano State following the passing of the esteemed Galadima of Kano, Alhaji Abbas Sanusi, who served as the eldest member of the Kano Kingmakers.
