Fagge LGA Welcomes New Primary Health Care Coordinator, Alh. Uzairu Abdu

The handing-over ceremony for the newly appointed Primary Health Care Coordinator (PHCC) for Fagge Local Government Area, Alhaji Uzairu Abdu, was held on Wednesday at the PHCC office, attracting a large delegation of stakeholders from across the health sector.
The event was attended by key representatives from various health organisations and government bodies, including Com. Lawan Jafar (PHCC KMC), Com. Salisu Umar (PHCC Bunkure), Com. Ahmad Dahiru (PHCC Garko), as well as EDOs, LIOs, CCOs, SSPOS, MCH, RIOs, HEs, HOD Community Department, WTOs, MHWUN representatives, political leaders from Kabuga Ward, Hon. Councillor Kabuga Ward, ZIOs, and health workers from several LGAs.

Dignitaries took turns congratulating Alhaji Uzairu Abdu on his appointment and highlighted expectations for strengthened health service delivery in Fagge LGA. The Supervisory Councillor for Health, representing the LGA Chairman, officially received the new PHCC on behalf of the council.
In his acceptance remarks, Alhaji Uzairu Abdu expressed profound gratitude to the Executive Governor, the Hon. Commissioner for Health, and the Director General of SPHCMB for entrusting him with the responsibility. He also appreciated all attendees and pledged to work diligently to advance Primary Health Care services in Fagge LGA.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Councillor of Kabuga Ward, followed by a group photograph of attendees to commemorate the occasion.
