Doguwa Local Government has launched a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity and empowering farmers in the area.
This was was disclosed by the Interim Management officer of Doguwa Local Government Arc. Rufa’i Muhammed Gaya while inaugurating the distribution of two hundred 200 Kg Water Soluble Fertilizer and Animals drugs held at the local Government Head Quarter Ririwai.
Architect Rufa’i Muhammed Gaya further Maintained that Nine hundred and fifty Farmers as well as Nomadic hawkers benefit from the gesture.
He then, added that the local government Council is investing in rural infrastructure, including roads, irrigation systems, and storage facilities to support agricultural growth and improved crop yields as well as to increased food production across the area.
The Interim Management Officer Continued Saying “the local government Council is committed to support farmers and ensuring the growth and development of agricultural sector.”
Adding that,these initiatives will not only improve food security but also contribute to the economic prosperity of our community.
Architect Rufa’i Gaya Narrated some of the achievements he recorded So far When he come into office as Interim management officer which includes , Renovation of Ririwai Maternity Clinic, Renovation of Primary Schools Classes , and Provision of Motor Cycle to Security Personals to combat Security Challenges in the area , and Renovation of Staff Quarters among others.
On his Part the Head of Agricultural Department of the area, Alhaji Musa Shehu shade more light on the water soluble Fertilizer adding that the Council has provided Animals Drugs to Three Vitenaries Clinics of Falgore, Doguwa, and Ririwai.
On their Separates remarks the NNPP Party Chairman of the Area Alhaji Auwalu Husaini and in charge of Ririwai Matanity Clinic Malam Aliko Mohammed Ririwai they expressed their appreciation for Commitments done by Leadership of architects Rufa’i Muhammed Gaya Administration’s and called to others local Government areas to emulate the shining example.
