The Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Political and Other Matters, Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari, has called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to remain united and strengthen grassroots mobilisation as preparations gather momentum for the 2027 general elections.

Masari made the call during an engagement with APC supporters in Nabanje town, Kafur Local Government Area of Katsina State, shortly after the Jumu’ah prayer at the Nabanje Mosque.
The gathering served as a platform for political consultation and interaction between party leaders and grassroots supporters, with discussions centred on consolidating the APC’s structures across Katsina State ahead of the next general elections.
Addressing party faithful, Masari urged APC members to remain united, disciplined and committed to the ideals of the party. He stressed that sustained grassroots engagement and peaceful political participation would be crucial in strengthening the APC and ensuring electoral success in 2027.
He also appealed to the people of Katsina State to continue supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Renewed Hope Agenda, while reaffirming their backing for Governor Dikko Umar Radda to sustain the APC-led administration in the state.
Masari further encouraged party supporters to work collectively towards securing victory for APC candidates at all levels, noting that a strong and united political structure remains the foundation for successful elections.
Also speaking, former Katsina State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Maiwada Daudawa, commended the impressive turnout of APC supporters and urged members across the state to remain focused on expanding the party’s grassroots support base.
Daudawa emphasised the importance of unity, commitment and continuous mobilisation, expressing confidence that collective efforts would strengthen the APC’s chances in the 2027 general elections.
The Special Adviser was accompanied by the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Muttaka Rabe Darma; Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education, Dr. Muhammad Idris; Hon. Jabiru Tsauri; Alhaji Maiwada Daudawa; Dr. Shehu Matazu; Hon. Aminu Ibrahim Kafur; Hon. Samaila Garba Sabuwar Kasa; alongside other political leaders and stakeholders.
The engagement forms part of ongoing consultations and grassroots mobilisation initiatives aimed at strengthening the APC’s political structures and consolidating support for the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
