The Executive Secretary, Kano State Censorship Board. Hon. Abba El-mustapha had yesterday received the first meritorious award as the Executive Secretary to the State Censorship Board from the AREWA FILM’S MAKERS ASSOCIATION in his office.
While presenting the award , the Chairman of the Association Alhaji. Musa Gambo said they were at his office to congratulate and at the same time to present an award to him .
.Alhaji Musa further explained that, the Association had decided to present the award to him based on his competency and suitable to the position, adding that, Abba has played a major role as a pioneer actor in the history of kannywood film’s industry stressing that, this attributes pave Way for his appointed as the Executive Secretary to board and deserved to be congratulated and also awarded.
In a vote of thanks, Abba expressed his appreciation and thanked the Association for considered him worthy to the award , saying that, words can not expressed his pleasure promised that, his administration will be inclusive.
