Kano State Hajj Delegation Committee 2025 Concludes Interim Report

The Kano State Hajj Delegation Committee for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage, led by His Royal Highness, the Emir of Karaye, Alhaji Muhammad Mahraz Karaye, has successfully finalized its interim report. The completion of the report was officially announced today during a gathering at the Emir’s Palace in Karaye.
His Royal Highness, Alhaji Muhammad Mahraz Karaye, highlighted that the interim report documents all Hajj-related activities undertaken by the Committee since its inauguration by the Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, in Makkah. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the Committee’s progress and will serve as a foundational component of the final report to be presented to the Governor.

The Emir extended his sincere gratitude to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for the confidence reposed in him and the Committee to oversee this critical assignment.
During the event, the Secretary of the Hajj Delegation Committee and Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, affirmed that the interim report will be formally submitted to the Governor ahead of the final comprehensive report. He stated that this milestone underscores the Committee’s successful execution of its mandate.

Alhaji Danbappa further revealed that the Pilgrims Welfare Board has prepared its own detailed report, which will soon be presented to the Executive Governor for review.
In his remarks, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Alhaji Yusif Lawan, commended the Emir of Karaye for his exemplary leadership, commitment, and collaboration, which were instrumental in the Committee’s achievements.
The Kano State Hajj Delegation Committee remains committed to ensuring a seamless and successful Hajj exercise for the people of Kano State.
