Former Two-Term Dala LGA Chairman, Mahmoud Sani Madakin Gini, Passes Away in Auto Crash

Mahmoud Sani Madakin Gini, a two-term Chairman of Dala Local Government Council in Kano State, has tragically passed away in a fatal car accident.
The incident occurred on Monday along the Kaduna-Abuja Expressway near Kateri, as confirmed by Umar Ladiyo, a close family friend. Madakin Gini served as council chairman under the administration of former Kano State Governor, Senator Ibrahim Shekarau, from 2004 to 2011.
In an official statement, the current Chairman of Dala Local Government Council, Surajo Ibrahim Imam, announced that the funeral prayer (Janazah) will be held at 5:00 PM today at the deceased’s family residence in Yelwa Quarters.
The late Madakin Gini was a respected political figure, and his contributions to grassroots governance in Kano State will be remembered. The community mourns his sudden demise and extends condolences to his family during this difficult time.
