Legislative council of Dawakin kudu Local government has announced the re-Installment of the suspended speaker, Hon. Safiyanu Dan iya Hassan back to his position.
According to the information officer Dawakin Kudu Local Government Council Malam Abubakar Ibrahim Sharada Said, The council majority leader, Hon. Makailu Ahmed Yargaya announced this today in a statement.
He said the reinstallment of the suspended speaker followed the intervention of APC stakeholders and elders in the area on the crisis that led to his suspension.
He therefore thanked the elders particularly, former house of representative Alhaji Mustapha Bala Dawaki ( Mai Gidan Ruwa) former state Assembly member, Hon. Muazzam El- yakub and the council chairman Alhaji Nasiru Ibrahim Matage as well as APC chairman Alhaji Mustapha Auwalu Dawaki for thier effort in resolving the crisis.
Hon. Mikaillu Yargaya said with this development he is now back to his position as majority leader of the council.
