The chairman of Kumbotso Local Government Council, Hon Abdullahi Ghali Basaf has embarked on a tour of companies in his area of jurisdiction.
The chairman who started the visit with Nigeria Botiling company Coca cola, Safari Textiles seeds Technology and Dahir Kori company.
Hon Abdullahi Ghali Basaf called on the management of the companies visited to give their maximum support and cooperation to the local administration, especially in creating job opportunities for the indgenes of Kumbotso Local Government.
The Council Chairman also called the support of companies and manufacturers operating in the area to step up effort paying local tax to the local government.
The Manager of Nigerian Bottling Company Mr Araka Olisa his counterpart of Safari Textiles, Alh Kamal Umar and that of Dahir Kori Alh jamilu Dahiru have expressed their appreciation on the visit assured the local government chairman of their readiness promised to give all the necessary support and cooperation to the Local government.
They pledged to create more job opportunities for the indigents as part of their corporate social responsibilities.
During the visit the chairman was accompanied by Chief of Staff, Dr Mansur Hassan and his Special Adviser Inter Governmental Affairs, Hon Inuwa Mukhtar KK as well as Supervisory Councillor Community Department Hon Nafi’u.
