The Director General Kano State Primary Health Care Management Board Dr, Nasir Muhammad Mahmud has charged primary health care workers to be committed towards generating and keeping a qualitative data for effective planning and execution of any meaningful programmes
The Director General spoke through the Director Public health and Environment of the Board Alhaji Sani Abdu Ungogo at a meeting with the Health Educators of the fourty four (44) local government areas in the State
He urged the workers to always concentrate on their daily assignment and to ensure that they generate accurate data with view to achieve the desired objectives
He then, expressed appreciation with the efforts of the Health Educators and urged them to keep it up
In his remarks, the Social Mobilization Officer of the State Primary Health Care Management Board Alhaji Rabiu Ibrahim said the meeting is part of the preparation of the forthcoming polio immunization in the State which schedule to begin on the month ending
He therefore, used the opportunity an appeal to the parents to ensure that their eligible children were immunize against the diseases
During the meeting papers were presented on the activities of the immunization by the representative of W. H. O, UNICEF, CORE GROUP and other partners
