The Interim Management Officer of Wudil Local Government, Hajia Bilkisu Yakubu says the local administration will give priority towards improving the welfare of Women and Children.
The Interim Management Officer of Wudil Local Government,
Hajia Bilkisu Yakubu made the remark at the swearing in ceremony of the local government Vice Chairman, Secretary and fourteen Councillors held at the local government Secretariat.
The Interim officer disclosed plans by the local administration to embark on the execution policies and programs that will have positive impacts on the lives of the people.
She pointed out being the only female Interim Management Officer, she would strive hard in making the difference to justify the confidence reposed in by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
Those sworn in include, Alh Garba Sabo Darki as vice chairman with Alh Ahmad Iliyasu Wudil as. Secretary.
The rest are Bashir Shehu, Suyudi Ibrahim, Ahmad Idris, Hamiisu Mustapha, Abdullahi M Kundi, Idris Hamisu and Auwalu Zakari as supervisory Councillors.
