In a condolence message, the Chapel described the demise of the two lawmakers as a heartbreaking loss that has cast a dark shadow over Kano State and beyond. It noted that their passing has deprived the state of committed public servants whose eloquence, wisdom, and dedication to legislative duties stood as strong pillars of representation and good governance.

The Chairman of the Chapel, Comrade Abubakar Abdulƙadir Ɗangambo, extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, His Excellency the Executive Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibrin Ismail Falgore, all members of the State Legislature, and the people of Kano State.

In a statement signed by him, Comrade Ɗangambo described the deaths as not only a personal loss to the families of the deceased but a monumental setback to Kano State and the nation at large. He emphasized that the departure of the two lawmakers has created a painful vacuum in the legislative arm, one that will be extremely difficult to fill given their experience, passion, and commitment to public service.

On behalf of all members of the Kano State Online Media Chapel, the Chairman prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the departed souls and grant their families the strength and fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.

It will be recalled that Hon. Aminu Sa’ad Ungogo and Hon. Sarki Aliyu Daneji, serving members of the Kano State House of Assembly, passed away on Wednesday evening after a protracted illness.
