Kano State government policy of monthly women empowerment across forty four local government areas of the State had been described as a giant steps towards economic advancement and poverty reduction.
The Statement was made by Hon Kabiru Dahiru Sule,Member, representing Tarauni Constituency in the State House of Assembly in a chat with Media in Kano today
Hon Kabiru Dahiru Sule said considering the socioeconomic problems bedeviling the nation it had become highly imperative to gingered the State Governor on this movement of salvaging the lives of women through this empowerment strategy which he said would yield possible impacts to the lives of the people.
Hon Tarauni further commended the Governor for his visionary foresight in advancing the State at different Spheres of human endeavor and urged the people of the to rally round the present administration for continue execution of more meaningful projects across the State.
Hon Kabiru Dahiru likewise thump up the Governor for timely intervention to the fire disaster victims of Gezawa Local government area and equally saluted His Excellency Senator Dr Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso for sympathy visit to the victims which he said is a clear testimony of his deep concern to the people of the State.
